Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has an established reputation as The Meetings Hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers the flexibility of 26 meeting rooms including Hyatt's Grand Ballroom, able to accommodate 950 persons theatre style.

Created in 1991, the US-style Convention Services Department of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is the most experienced of any Hong Kong hotel. Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's Senior Convention Services Managers offer professional advice and attend to all the needs of a conference group on a 24-hour basis. The managers are the meeting organiser's main liaison with the hotel, coordinating every aspect of a conference including the accommodation blocks, turndown amenities, transportation, billing, check-in and out, food and beverage requirements and audio-visual needs.

Over 70% of the hotel's 549 rooms command spectacular harbour views allowing each delegate of a large group to be allocated exactly the same standard of accommodation.

The Grand Hyatt is the first five-star hotel in Hong Kong to offer a fast Ethernet LAN and wireless connectivity between all meeting rooms. Using a brand-new Cisco router, all the hotel meeting rooms are connected to the Internet using a dedicated 10Mbps line. This line guarantees 10Mbps upstream and downstream, ideal for web browsing and computer applications.

Grand Hyatt on Hong Kong Island is directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and is close to Hong Kong's business, shopping and most popular sightseeing and off-site dining venues.
