For example, the hotel’s Grand Ballroom is one of the largest in Hong Kong and 24 other event venues are ideal for meetings, incentive events, conferences and private parties. All venues are nicely appointed with a state-of-the-art technology infrastructure offering broadband connectivity and WiFi. Also on offer is a 150-foot luxurious mega-yacht that is ideal for meetings, private parties or can be chartered as an airport transfer.

Grand Ballroom
The 680-square-metre (7,319-square-foot) Grand Ballroom has a pillar-free design and a permanent stage. The first hotel in Hong Kong to introduce a built-in LED TV wall, the Grand Ballroom offers guests the best visual experiences. The high-definition full-screen LED wall is multi-media–oriented, giving event organisers the flexibility to change the background, as well as to display multiple visuals at one time. It also offers a solution for visually altering the size of the room.
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 950 people theatre-style and 1,200 for cocktail parties.

The hotel offers the flexibility of 25 event venues, including the Grand Ballroom, to accommodate groups of between 12 and 1,200 guests.
The Residence, the latest addition to the hotel’s event facilities, is an opulent and stylishly furnished home for corporate and social guests, featuring an extension of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s renowned lobby, inspired by 1930s’ French and Chinese Art Deco designs. The Residence features three rooms – The Drawing Room, The Lounge and The Library – as well as a communal show kitchen. It gives organisers the opportunity to hold events in a sophisticated and exclusive personal residence environment featuring advanced technology, and manned by a team of professionals delivering impeccable service and culinary excellence.
The Poolhouse, a unique outdoor venue overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and gardens yet with the comfort of an indoor venue, is ideal for incentive events and welcome or farewell cocktails.

Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong provides guests direct access to the adjacent Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The geographical proximity of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, with 25 event venues and 549 guestrooms, and the HKCEC, which has over 50 event venues accommodating up to 8,000 delegates, allows enormous flexibility for a conference organiser.
The HKCEC, which opened in 1988, forms part of an impressive complex built on the waterfront in Wanchai, which is part of Hong Kong’s Central Business District. In addition to the state-of-the-art exhibition and meeting facilities, the complex offers organisers banking facilities, on-site car parking for more than 1,000 vehicles, shops and office space.
